CEO of the IAGC

Steve also serves as the CEO of the IAGC. Stephen is a Psychologist in Encinitas, CA. He is the co-founder of the IAGC with Robert Dilts. He was one of the original NLP students at UC Santa Cruz; Milton Erickson and Gregory Bateson were his mentors. After receiving his psychology doctorate from Stanford University, he became one of the premier teachers and practitioners of Ericksonian hypnotherapy. This work unfolded into his original approaches of Self-Relations and Generative Self, and then further (in collaboration with Robert Dilts) into Generative Coaching and into the larger field of Generative Change. He has taught in many different cultures and countries over the past 30 years, and has published extensively. His numerous books include The Hero’s Journey: A Voyage of Self Discovery (co-authored with Robert Dilts), the classic Therapeutic Trances, The Courage to Love, The legacy of Erickson, Walking in Two Worlds (with D. Simon), and Generative Trance: The Experience of Creative Flow.

Robert Dilts is Co-Founder and Chairman at the IAGC. He has a global reputation as a leading developer, author, coach, trainer and consultant in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP). Robert worked closely with NLP co-founders John Grinder and Richard Bandler at the time of its creation and also studied personally with Milton H. Erickson, M.D., and Gregory Bateson. Robert pioneered the applications of NLP to education, creativity, health, leadership, belief systems and the development of what has become known as “Third Generation NLP”.

Robert has lectured extensively on the applications of NLP to a variety of issues, making presentations and keynote addresses for The United Nations, The World Health Organization, Harvard University, The Milton H. Erickson Foundation Evolution of Psychotherapy Congress and The National Tumor Institute of Italy.

Robert has authored more than twenty books on a variety of topics relating to NLP and coaching. He is the principal author of Neuro-Linguistic Programming Vol. I, which serves as the standard reference text for the field, and has authored or co-authored numerous other books on NLP.

Robert’s recent book series on Success Factor Modeling identifies key characteristics and capabilities shared by successful entrepreneurs, teams and ventures. Next Generation Entrepreneurs (2015) presents models, tools, exercises, illustrations and case examples – of both world famous and everyday entrepreneurs. Generative Collaboration (2016) helps people to increase their capacity for working effectively together with others and to experience the excitement, satisfaction and power of collective intelligence.

Mickey is the Executive Director for the IAGC. He is committed to lead and support the creation of a generative and powerful international organization that truly represents the values and principles of Generative Change. He is also the CEO of organizational development specialist Advantage Group, a New York headquartered coaching and training company focusing on bringing the idea of Purpose based Leadership and Generative Collaboration to individuals and organizations. Mickey also heads the in-house corporate division of the NLP Institute of New York. He is a former leader in multinational companies and start-ups and a successful entrepreneur. He is happily married and has two children. Very much in line with the process of generative change he is passionate about Meditation, Kung-fu and Yoga.

Jonathan Goldsmith is a Brand Director for the IAGC. Jonathan’s work for the IAGC is to help curate the direction of the IAGC as a global organization dedicated to creating Generative Change throughout the world.  He is also one of the IAGC’s supervisors and works within the IAGC community as a developer.  Jonathan is a Psychotherapist and NLP Trainer in his own right and his therapeutic business is called Be More You where he works with individuals in his private practice for one to one therapy and coaching and for businesses and organisations he work as a coach and trainer. Jonathan also offers mentoring to help and guide people with their creative projects, aspirations and dreams with his project Be More Creative

Jonathan is also a partner in one of the IAGC member organizations (PPD Learning) alongside trainer Judith Lowe.  Together they run workshops and events creating new opportunities for Therapist, Coaches, and those who are NLP Trained to practice, enhance and deepen their skills.

He is the International Training Director for IAGC. Julian is an executive coach working with global organizations on 3 continents helping people increase their emotional intelligence and their leadership ability. He is founder of the Life Talent Program, a personal development accelerator for people who want to fulfil their potential in their personal and professional lives. He runs personal transformation retreats in the UK, Spain, Greece and China. He has been on my own path of personal exploration for 40 years and leading others on theirs since the 1980s.  He became an NLP trainer and helped to introduce NLP into the UK in the 1980’s, helping to establish NLP communications skills as part of the management development curriculum. H is co-author, with Robert Dilts and Anne Deering, of the book Alpha Leadership – Tools for Business Leaders Who Want More Out of Life  (Wiley and Co, 2002) and also co-author, with Cynthia Indriso, of The Business Leader as an Incurable Deviant, in Gilligan, S. (ed) “Walking in Two Worlds: The Relational Self in Theory and Practice” (Zeig, Tucker & Thiessen, 2004).  He introduced NLP communication  skills into the business world in the 1980’s and was one of the first executive coaches in the UK in 1992. He has run coaching master classes for the Academy of Executive Coaching and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD); is a former trustee of Re-Vision, a Psychosynthesis training charity; and is former board member of the UK Association for NLP (ANLP). He is a UKCP registered psychotherapist, holds a 2nd dan black-belt in Aikido, practice yoga and Five Rhythms dance and is a long-term close student of a Buddhist Master.

He is the Finance Director for IAGC. Robbie Steinhouse is a founder member of the IAGC and a sponsor of Generative Coaching in the UK.An NLP Master Trainer, Robbie is the founder and CEO of NLP School in London, one of the UK’s only specialist providers of accredited NLP training. He trains and coaches internationally including on the NLP Trainers training at NLPU and heads up the Coaching Consultancy, a specialist provider of executive coaching. Robbie is a successful entrepreneur and his focus on coaching, NLP and the human dimension of business stems from his career creating and running  businesses in recruitment, property and insurance – now run by an independent management team. His passion for the human dimension of business led him to delegate his executive role and focus entirely on coaching and training in 2002. Robbie is committed to the premise that NLP is all inclusive and can be applied to every sphere of human endeavor. He has written three books including How to Coach with NLP and is currently commissioned to write a fourth, focusing on Leadership. Robbie is happily married with children, lives in London, and is a passionate drummer, yoga and tai chi practitioner.

Oksana is certified as an NLP trainer by Richard Konner and certified in Generative Coaching by Stephen Gilligan. She was educated as a physicist and mathematician and has worked with Richard for 10 years. She is an Individual and Family Consultant and Director of the Institute of Family Consulting. Oksana has been studying with Stephen Gilligan since 2010 and has been assisting Stephen for the last 5 years. She and her husband sponsor Stephen’s and Robert Dilts’s trainings in Russia. Oksana is one of the leading Russian specialists in child rearing, with 20 years of experience, including working with “difficult” children of all ages. She has developed her own body-oriented and dance-movement trainings, including “Psyche and body: a Generative synthesis.”

Richard and Oksana are co-heading the IAGC Marketing Implementation Committee with Alastair Prentice. Richard Konner is recognized as a leading authority in the realm of NLP, Ericksonian hypnosis, Coaching, and Family consulting in Russia. Richard studied with John Grinder from 1985 to 1990 in Santa Cruz and San Francisco. He traveled with John Grinder and his team to Moscow in 1990 to participate in the first NLP training in the Soviet Union. He is certified as an NLP Trainer by John Grinder. In the 1990s Richard brought NLP and Ericksonian hypnosis to more than 30 cities throughout Russia, at a time when there wasn’t much access to contemporary approaches. In 1994, he brought Strategic family therapy to Russia and in 1997 he founded the Faculty of Family Consulting at Tomsk University and the Institute of Family Consulting in Novosibirsk. Richard’s work has influenced thousands of Russian psychologists, psychotherapists, and psychiatrists over the last several decades. Richard has been studying with Stephen Gilligan since 2010 and has been assisting Stephen for the last 5 years and is certified by Stephen in Generative Coaching. He and his wife sponsor Stephen’s and Robert Dilts’s trainings in Russia.

Alastair is co-heading the IAGC Marketing Implementation Committee with Richard and Oksana Conner. Alastair is a Tokyo based consultant, trainer and psychologist bridging the latest neuroscience insights, high-performance psychology and ancient wisdom practices into both corporate and public trainings. He has a deep obsession with modelling excellence through a lifetime pursuit of martial arts and deliberate self enquiry. Besides developing coaches and leaders he is also the Managing Partner at Pronoigroup, Tokyo , a consultancy specialising in bringing generative innovation, creativity and performance to organisations worldwide.
He is the Japan co-director of the International Association for Generative Change and has been studying intensively with Dr Stephen Gilligan for the last 10 years. He also teaches hypnotherapy and researches the psychology of shamanic practices through frequent trips to South America.
