Grace is the China sponsor of Robert Dilts and Stephen Gilligan and the IAGC Secretary-General China. She is also Co-founder of International of the Generative Trance Institute China.
She has 20 years experience of personal development, and has had a psychology training company since 2004. She was the first person to bring different psychology schools into China and has been organizing Robert Dilts’ and Stephen Giliigan’s courses in China since 2006.

Mike Huang


Mike Huang

Mike Huang established Life Wise and Farsighted Company in 2007 to promote body wisdom in China. He is the co-founder of the Institute of Generative Trance (IGT).

Mike is a senior Generative Coach, a full IAGC trainer, a licensed psychologist in China. He has 17 years of self-growing training, coaching and counselling experience. He spends over 100 days per year teaching and conducting seminars in Fortune Global 500 companies in China. Since 2016, he has started teaching Life Coach executive workshops for over 300 people. He participates in all Dr. Stephen Gilligan’s China workshops and supervision classes as the head of TA.

Weikai Hung, Ed.M.


Weikai Hung, Ed.M.

Graduated from Columbia University. Licensed mental health counselor in New York, and licensed psychologist in Taiwan. Worked 9 years as a Bowen family approach psychotherapist in New York. 3 years in Taiwan Institute of Psychotherapy as the director of the counseling department. Learned Ericksonian approach since 2012. Intensively attended Dr. Stephen Gilligan’s training all over the world since 2014. Currently is the supervisor for Dr. Gilligan’s China workshop, assistant for San Diego Trance Camp. Translated Dr. Gilligan’s book “Generative Trance” into Chinese. Presented in 2015 Ericksonian Congress, titled “When Lao Tze meets Milton Erickson”. Presented in 2016 Brief therapy conference, title “When Zen and Erickson approach anxiety together”. Held multiple workshops, supervisions, and speeches in China to promote generative change. I devote to integrate Eastern philosophy and Western hypnotherapy in order to bring creative flow into psychotherapy.
