IAGC Privacy Policy & Terms

The International Association for Generative Change (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates http://www.iagc.info, http://www.generative-change.com, and http://members.generative-change.com (the “site” or collectively, the “sites”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

 

Member Terms

All members of the IAGC agree to keep information on the member site confidential. This includes but is not limited to the six steps of generative change content, Wiki submissions, forum submissions, articles, case studies, interviews, Dr. Generative submissions, peer coaching, etc. Any personal information provided by members is confidential and must not be shared outside of the membership site. Members’ contact information must not be used in any way by fellow members for promotion or advertising purposes.

Any member found in violation of these terms will have their membership revoked.

 

Information Collection And Use

While using our site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include but is not limited to your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, etc (“Personal Information”).

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contacts from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

We request information from you on our registration form. To process your payment, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.

We use an outside credit card processing company to bill users for memberships. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.

Change/correct any data we have about you.
Have us delete any data we have about you.
