Lily was introduced to the world of Generative Change in 2014 when she attended an NLP Practitioners course at NLP University. This experience changed the course of her life and catalyzed her passion for curiosity, change, and personal development. She went on to assist during NLPU Trainer, NLPU Master Trainer, and Success Factor Modeling™ modules I, II, and III. She has been a member of the Dilts Strategy Group Leadership Team since April 2017 as the training coordinator.
Lily graduated magna cum laude from San Francisco State University with a bachelors degree in Communicative Disorders and Sciences. While in college, she was the president of the National Student Speech Language and Hearing Association (NSSLHA) and an active member of the SFSU President’s Leadership Fellowship. She incorporated NLP and SFM (Success Factor Modeling™) techniques into her leadership skills.
Lily’s curiosity lead her to begin working for the IAGC in September of 2017. She is driven to be involved in creating positive change for the world and she is deeply connected to the mission, vision, and ambitions of the IAGC. This, combined with her love for the international community, continues to motivate her to develop the IAGC as an enriching professional community for its members.
